Phillippa is Chief People Officer at PwC United Kingdom.

Phillippa has over 20 years of experience as a business consultant, working with boards and HR directors to solve issues in the people space, including pay, diversity and inclusion issues and broader HR transformation.

She joined the firm in 2007 becoming a partner in 2014. Prior to joining the Management Board Phillippa was PwC UK’s ESG Leader for Tax, Legal & Workforce.
