Orlagh is Chief People Officer at One Savings Bank Group, joining the company in 2024.

Orlagh has 25 years of HR experience, as well as 20 years of expertise specifically in the financial services sector. Prior to her current role, Orlagh was was Chief People Officer at Yorkshire Building Society where she was responsible for building the organisation’s culture.

Previously, she has worked as head of HR at Axa Sunlife, group HR director at insurer Royal Sun Alliance and as group HR director at Dublin-based Allied Irish Bank.
