Tom is a HR and OD specialist with over 20 years' experience in HR leadership roles. In 2020, he set up HEX, a leadership and talent development consultancy that specialises in organisational and individual development.

Tom began his HR career in fast-moving retail and call centre environments before experiencing the branch network, digital, technology, HR operations, and transformation areas of a multinational bank.

As the Chief People Officer of an ambitious, listed, financial services business, he drove significant change and faced complex and extensive problems. He supported the CEO and Executive Committee through a complete business transformation, always maintaining a keen focus on leadership and culture.
