Episode 43: Individualisation of HR: Tom Hoosen-Webber, Chief People & Procurement Officer, Bupa Global & UK
Tom casts a vision for the future of work that enables everyone to participate in the labour market through complete individualisation of HR practices. Reflecting that everyone has different circumstances, Tom views personalisation as the ultimate goal for HR.
Tom also shares his thoughts on the importance of medium-term thinking and his medium-term approach to achieving Bupa’s D&I targets. Tom discusses how he thinks it’s going so far and how he and his colleagues lead a D&I strategy for a global workforce that spans many cultures.
Advocating for the importance of listening, Tom reminds everyone in HR to allow time to keep connected and to be the ambassadors for what’s important to a company’s people.
