Claire Ainscough is the Chief People Officer for Ocado Group, brought in to lead their transformation to be an international B2B technology organisation .

In her time with Ocado Group, the business has tripled in size internationally, and Claire has overseen the introduction of 5 new people systems, acquiring two businesses in the US and creating both a reward and talent strategy.

Claire also sits on the REMCO of the Joint Venture which Ocado Group has with Marks and Spencer. Previously, Claire was the Chief People Officer for Expedia.
