Angela heads the firm’s global HR function, which is responsible for translating Linklaters’business strategy into a best in class people strategy; creating a high-performance culture and environment where talented people from diverse backgrounds are able and motivated to perform at their best.

Angela works closely with those in leadership positions to champion the firm’s values, help build strong teams across the firm, sustain Linklaters’ unique culture, drive engagement and innovation and lead talent attraction and retention.

Angela has a broad range of HR experience gained from various roles across the Linklaters' network, works closely with members of the Partnership Board and is a member of the Executive Committee. Angela is an active mentor to diverse talent across the firm.
