Ashira discusses her thoughts on how she leads and impacts the energy of her colleagues, driving wellbeing and business performance. Providing fantastic analogies such as the role of a conductor in an orchestra, and the shared feeling of ‘jet lag’ coming out of the pandemic, Ashira describes how you can reflect on and harness your own energy too.
