Cathy is the HR lead for Google Cloud responsible for EMEA – around 8,500 employees who develop, promote, sell, deliver and support some of the most innovative cloud solutions for Google’s customers.  

Prior to joining Google in September 2020, Cathy was Vice President - Human Resources at Oracle, and had spent 7 years at Microsoft as the EMEA HR Director for their Services business.

Her HR experience includes compensation and benefits, talent management, organization design, company acquisition and integration, redundancy programmes, employee relations, and HR operations management.
