Kevin is an experienced executive and non-executive director.

His extensive executive career spans the healthcare, financial services and professional services sectors with roles at Boots, Abbey National, Capital One, Freshfields, Norton Rose Fulbright, EY and most recently as Chief People Officer for KPMG U.K.

In addition he has had non-executive roles with Scope, Nottingham Trent University and two multi-academy school trusts.

He has chaired or served on remuneration, nominations, people, finance and audit committees. He was also a member of the Hampton Alexander/FTSE Women Leaders Review Steering Committee.
